Charlie Arnold, Board President of the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce, plans to eat a lot of corn with his "Charlie's Corn Challenge." He's also hoping to raise a lot of money.

Here's the scoop, according to Linda McFarland, from the Chamber: Pledge $1 (or more) for every ear of corn Charlie eats at the FFA Annual Corn Dinner, and he will donate 1/2 of the proceeds to the FFA and 1/2 to the Chamber.

"I plan to eat at least 20 ears, maybe 30. Then I'm never going to eat another ear of corn again!" Charlie says.
