Celebration Time: YEI! Opens Doors of Newest Site at AirPark on Prescott’s North Side

raiPrescott, Arizona— Back in 2009, when YEI! observed the non-profit’s own 35 year birthday, the program began looking for ways to find more space for their production and staff, with an eye on the fact that some of their employees were being transported daily from Chino Valley and Paulden.

That dream has become a reality, thanks to Prescott Charities and numerous local building professionals. Today, July 1, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, the third and final piece of the YEI! suite of production facilities opens its doors to the public to celebrate and say thanks.

Ruger AirPark Industries (RAI) is located near some of YEI!’s exisiting business partners and is poised to become a production solution for many other manufacturers situated in that growing area.

B’s Contracting, Chartier Drywall, Fann Contracting, and MI Windows are among the many local contractors who helped get the new RAI plant up and running. Currently, the entire YEI! woodworking operation has moved in, leaving the Antelope Point Industries (API) plant in Prescott Valley with more space to serve some of their business partners along the 69 corridor and in the north Phoenix area.
