  • The Prescott City Council met on Tuesday and discussed changes to its Rules of Procedure.
  • Area residents and elected officials packed the Wyndham Garden Hotel on Highway 69 Wednesday night for a presentation on a low profile median barrier project.
  • The Prescott City Council and Prescott Valley Town Council approved an agreement with the Salt River Project and the Salt River Valley Water Users' Association.
  • Some hearings in the manslaughter case against Sedona sweat lodge organizer James Ray were cancelled.
  • Buz Mills, owner of the Gunsite weapons training facility in Paulden spoke to the Yavapai Republican Men's GOP Club at the Hotel St. Michael in Prescott Monday.
  • The Prescott Unified School District Board approved the suspension of 2 policies for the upcoming school year Tuesday night.
  • The Prescott Valley Town Council received more comments on the prison facility issue on Thursday night.
  • And Governor Jan Brewer toured the Northern Arizona University Yavapai College campus in Prescott Valley Friday.
