An overturned cement truck has prevented traffic flow in either direction on Highway 69 between Prescott Valley and Prescott. 

If you are going up Prescott Lakes Parkway going towards Wal-Mart, you will be turned around at the round-a-bout.

Westbound traffic going towards Prescott from Prescott Valley is being routed through the Wal-Mart parking lot, to Prescott Lakes Parkway and is backed up for miles. 

The best way to get to Prescott from PV or Phoenix is Highway 89A(Fain Rd.)

There are substantial delays in all directions of traffic for miles.
