UPDATE: The missing child "Jordan" has been located safe. thank you for your assistance.

The Prescott Valley Police Department is currently searching for 10-year-old Jordan Pitts.

Jordan and a guardian were attempting to leave their residence in the 5300 block of Saddleback to pick up a sibling. Jordan was upset over some discipline he received and ran away from the residence. He was only wearing blue Spiderman pajamas and did not have any shoes on. The family searched for him and did not find him.

Jordan is described as a white male 10 years of age. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

They called PVPD to report him missing. Since then officers have searched all known locations where Jordan may go and have not located him. Jordan is known to run and hide in similar situations. If you live in the area please check any place a small child could hide and even places you may think are too small. If you locate him please call the PVPD immediately.
