There's More to Retirement Than Finances

When it comes to planning retirement, there’s a lot more to it than finances

Issues like how to structure time, choose activities, and maintain social engagement are just as important as making sure to have a full bank account at retirement.

Many people spend more time planning a vacation than they do their retirement. With addressing that in mind, Montoya Wealth Management is sponsoring a complimentary workshop: 'Unmasking Retirement" for people who are approaching retirement or who are recently retired.

Retirement is possibly the most complex and challenging of life's developmental passages. As people make this transition, they may miss the sense of structure, social connection, status, purpose and identity that they experienced in the workplace. In this interactive session, attendees learn what to expect and how to begin successfully navigating this critical life stage as they gain awareness of non-financial aspects of retirement; develop clarity on their attitude toward retirement; begin to build a strategic plan toward a meaningful and fulfilling retirement; understand how coaching can facilitate a path into retirement.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, August 26 from 10 am to 11:15 am at the Residence Inn, at 3599 Lee Circle Off Of Highway 69 between Prescott and Prescott Valley, AZ. Coffee, tea, and light snacks will be served. Please RSVP to This email address is being protected from spambots.
