Come visit us at the Career Fair today!

Getting an education is tough, and getting a job is harder. The modern employee requires a wide variety of skills including writing, photography, and computer skills. That's why eNews AZ is pleased to announce its up and coming student internships. This program is designed for high school and college students: to expose them to the professional world of online business and journalism.

Participants will receive a letter of reference and certificate of completion when they have completed the program. The internship involves learning all aspects of modern journalism, including: interviewing, writing, photography, video, sales, html programming, and internet publication. The participants will have the opportunity to attend a variety of special functions. In addition, articles and projects may go toward building a professional and educational portfolio. Students will also earn a commission on any advertising sales they generate for the eNewsAZ network websites.

Interns may provide service for eNewsAZ or the local network sites: Prescott eNews, Prescott Valley eNews, and Chino Valley eNews. After successful completion of the internship program, participants may qualify for a paid position with the eNews site of their choice. Most importantly, interns will develop professional contacts and experience, have the chance to work with award-winning journalists, and be part of the cutting edge of online journalism.
