Most cultures have a spring Holiday, to celebrate the renewal of life. The two major holidays being celebrated now are Easter and Passover. Both are rich in food traditions. Special breads are one of the most common Easter foods, everything from hot cross buns to Italian Pane Di Posqua. Passover’s bread is of a different symbolism. Matzoh bread, or unleavened bread, remembers the Jewish people’s flight from slavery in Egypt, when they fled so suddenly that they couldn’t wait for their bread to rise.

All you wanted to know about preparing garlic.
How to Peel Garlic
This does work, but 1) it helps if you use 2 bowls the same size 2) use a little Duck Tape to hold them together so you don’t end up with garlic cloves all over the kitchen 3) when they say shake vigorously they mean shake VIGOROUSLY, and may be for 30-40 seconds.
How to Roast Garlic
And then there are cheese fries. Probably best eaten when you want a guilty pleasure. Hard to imagine where they’d fit in a meal.
