Arizona ECO Development (AED) has turned in a revised application to the City of Prescott. Staff notes that the application is complete with all required documents.

The application documents will be uploaded to the City website and made available for public review at the Community Development Counter starting on Monday, April 15.

According to John Heiney, the City’s Communication and Public Affairs Officer, "This complete submission will begin the 'Round 1' review.  The developer has been told that Round 1 review will take 4-5 weeks. ”

“We are excited for the City of Prescott staff to review the studies,” said Jason Gisi, AED CEO, "and look forward to Planning and Zoning meetings. Nothing has changed from the last map and letter submitted prior to the Save the Dells resolution at Council."

Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council meetings will follow.  No dates have been set for public meetings as of this time.  The City will notice all subsequent public meetings as they are scheduled.
