YCSO Seeking Burglary Suspects caught on Camera

23 May 2017
It’s the second burglary of this camper.

On April 14, 2017, deputies were dispatched to the 3600 block of S Tanager Ridge Way, Prescott, regarding the burglary of a camper. The area is off Cooper Basin Road in the Prescott National Forest. The victims indicated this is the second burglary of their camper. Following the first burglary, surveillance cameras were set around the site. It appears the unknown suspect(s) smashed a window to gain entry. Items stolen include food, a weather station unit, BB gun, bedding which includes an electric blanket, and board games. The victims were unable to access camera photos at the time of the report and thus could not determine an incident date or if suspects could be seen.

At the end of April, the reporting deputy received 2 electronic surveillance photos files from the victim showing a date and time stamp of April 12, 2017, just before 3 PM and again at 5:25 PM. In the earlier photo, a suspect appears shirtless. The later photo shows a suspect wearing a white t-shirt and light colored pants. It is unknown if the suspects are one in the same.
