Take the opportunity to sit down with Prescott Police Chief Debora Black.

Prescott Talks host Glenn Martin invites Prescott Police Chief Debora Black to join himself and San Martin Rodriguez in the studios.

Chief Black talked about the opioid epidemic, and revealed that when she was doing research into the matter, she found that between 2007 and 2017, there were 120 prescriptions written for every 100 people. She also spoke about the fact that Prescott is a very safe community (but you should still lock your vehicles and your homes). Additionally, she covered the HandsFree ordinance, MATForce, the Citizen’s Academy and a lot more.

As a matter of fact, the three of them were enjoying the conversation so much, they had a hard time stopping! Expect to hear from Chief Black again in the future!

One of the items that Chief Black mentioned is that there is a new runaway and homeless youth shelter for males aged 12-17.

The flier below is a little outdated, but there is information about how to donate supplies to the shelter.
